We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from the heart of the city and the ferry to Cozumel. The hotel was situated in a calm and nice area of Playa, away from the touristy crowd. Our room had a kitchenette which was incredibly practical, especially the azul room with a spacious screened-in kitchen surrounded by the jungle. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the bathroom had a unique design with seashells built into the sink. The staff was very helpful, particularly in assisting us in finding a place in Tulum. The lady preparing breakfast was attentive and kind, and even when we lost the key to one of our rooms, the person in charge quickly responded to our message and helped us get back in.
